Not only is it designed for the voltage of my new home, but it also comes with upgraded tools that make styling more leisurely—and I found it during a holiday sale.

Dyson’s innovative approach to haircare has always been very impressive with products like Supersonic Hair Dryer and Corrale Hair Straightener.
Unboxing my new, sleek, upgraded Complete Airwrap did not disappoint.
The first thing I fell in love with was the color. Blue is my favorite color, so I was super excited when I found it in Blue. Out of the box, it looked even more elegant than I anticipated.
Everything inside the Dyson Airwrap Complete Long box was thoughtfully packaged.
Dyson’s commitment to elegance and practicality is evident in the design and packaging.
Every attachment and component was neatly arranged inside the beautifully crafted leather case.
Longer Barrels
The Dyson Airwrap Multi-Styler Complete Long has various new tools that my old Airwrap didn’t have. Notably, the longer barrels immediately caught my attention.
The longer barrels are designed for people with longer hair. My hair has slowly started inching past APL in the past few months, so the longer barrels were terrific.
The upgraded and longer barrels (1.2-inch and 1.6-inch) allow you to switch between clockwise and counterclockwise curls without changing attachments, which is a game-changer for anyone who loves curls and waves.
Smoothing Dryer
In addition to the longer barrels, the box includes the Coanda smoothing dryer, which doubles as a drying and smoothing tool.
This attachment can dry hair and smooth out flyaways for a polished, sleek finish. I can’t wait to try this when I take out my braids.
Smoothing and Volumizing Brushes
Next are the much-loved soft and firm smoothing brushes I used most in my last Airwrap set for straightening my hair before braiding.
There’s also the round volumizing brush, which is perfect for adding bounce and body to hairstyles.
One thing that sets this version apart from the older models is its re-engineered airflow system.
The new Coanda technology is supposed to be more efficient and effective, allowing for faster and more precise styling.
As always, the attachments snap on easily with a magnetic connection, and the intelligent heat control can always be relied on to prevent heat damage.
This version also comes with a large, wide-tooth detangling comb. The comb doesn’t have a handle, so I wonder how easy it’ll be to hold onto it while using it.
